How many balls do I need to fill my ball pit?

Each 500-ball party pack takes up a roomy 7 cubic feet. So, if you want to know how many of these bad boys you need to fill up your ball pit, you gotta do some math (sorry, not sorry).

First, measure the inside of your ball pit – length, width, and depth – to figure out how many cubic feet you’re working with. Then, multiply those numbers together: Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D) = Cubic Volume. Now, divide that big ol’ number by 7 (since each 500-ball case takes up 7 cubic feet) to figure out how many cases you need.

For example, if your ball pit is 8 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 2 feet deep (8′ x 8′ x 2′), that’s 128 cubic feet. Divide that by 7, and you get 18.29. So, you’ll need to order 18 or 19 cases to fill your ball pit up to 2 feet deep.
